Is it safe to order online?
Yes it is with CBjewelers and with
www.cbjewelers.com. All transactions done through our site go through SSL (Secure Socket Layers). SSL is the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely without risk of data interception, manipulation, or recipient impersonation.
Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies?
No! We never sell or share our customer information.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa/ MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card as well as debit cards.
Do you accept PayPal?Yes, if you have a PayPal Card.
Can I return an item?
If, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. Item and package must be in the original condition and not worn.
Shipping Questions:
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days. Our regular processing time is 1-3 days, however if the item is currently out of stock it may take up to 2 weeks to ship this item. In which case we would inform you right away.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! But doing this may void any warranty and leaves you unprotected if paying with PayPal.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to destination. Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). CURRENTLY WE ARE OFFERING FREE SHIPPING.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently only ship to all 50 United States, Canada & Mexico only.
